Our Winter Slow-Flow Yoga is a nourishing, grounding and gentle practice to help you re-balance, re-set and re-energize for challenges of the season.
Our January classes will focus on balance after the holidays. According to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, our body, mind and spirit can get out of balance – ungrounded, unstable and unsettled. But we can re-set and rejuvenate our internal balance by adjusting our lifestyles — our yoga, daily habits and food choices — to counter the changing seasonal energies.
Slow-Flow Yoga Offers Something for Everyone
Slow-Flow Yoga is for everyone from beginners to regular practitioners. You’ll move with intention, comfort and ease, connecting with the earth and listening to your body and inner wisdom. In addition to using your breath with seasonal yoga postures, you’ll receive lifestyle tips to re-set the bodymind.
