Fall is a time of transition from the fire and heat of summer into the cool, dry autumn season. According to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, our body, mind and spirit can get out of balance – ungrounded, unstable and unsettled. But we can re-set and rejuvenate our internal balance by adjusting our lifestyles — our yoga, daily habits and food choices — to counter the crisp, cool, light, dry, windy and unpredictable fall energy.

Slo-Flow Yoga is for everyone from beginners to regular practitioners. You’ll move with intention, comfort and ease, connecting with the earth and listening to your body and inner wisdom. In addition to using your breath with seasonal yoga postures, you’ll receive lifestyle tips to re-set the bodymind for autumn.
