Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) is for you if you want to de-stress, sleep better, feel energized, improve your performance, or heal from trauma. With regular practice, yoga nidra can have profound physical, psychological and spiritual benefits.
Walk Away As Refreshed As If You Had Taken a 3-Hour Nap!
Yoga Nidra is a nourishing practice for deep relaxation physically, mentally, and emotionally. The stillness of the practice brings incredible calm and mental clarity. The session allows you the space to explore what you need at the moment, as well as release long-held emotions. Better yet, 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to a three-hour nap. Refresh and reset your mind, body and soul!
Class begins with gentle stretches and moves into a long, guided relaxation. It’s not meditation and anyone can do it!
Taught by Ahna Machan of Audacious Changes, this class is offered the 4th Sunday of every month.
