We all have a core of wisdom, a source of guidance, a place of pure knowing inside us. We may remember being in touch with this as children. Perhaps we have flashes of connection and insight periodically, or just feel something is there, but don’t know how to access it. What if you could nurture and grow your connection to your true self, your inner knowing, the wisdom of the universe?
No Meditation Experience Necessary
Join Dara Wagner, Usui Reiki Master specializing in meditative energy work and other transformative processes, on a weekly journey into the true nature of your inner being. In this introduction to the inner journey you’ll be led gently, through guided meditation, into your inner world. No experience in meditation is necessary. Well explore techniques for quieting the busy mind and becoming comfortable with imperfection. We will practice the twin arts of allowing and releasing, allowing inner wisdom to arise as what no longer serves is released without struggle. Along the way you’ll gain increasing access to your own true self and inner wisdom.
Maximum of 14 participants. We suggest that you attend each of the four weekly sessions for maximum benefit, but not required. Feel free to drop in as often as you like.
PRICE: $49 for the 4-week series. $15 per week on a drop in basis.
What to Expect
Each week in this one hour session you’ll experience 30 to 40 minutes of guided meditation followed by journaling or reflection. Time will be available at the end for sharing and questions. You may choose to sit in a chair or lay on a yoga mat during meditation. This is a non-denominational experience meaning no specific spiritual path is followed, highly accessible to all belief systems including atheism.
DETAILS: Please bring a journal, pen and water. Folding chairs with memory cushion pads are provided if you wish to use one. If you prefer to lie down please bring a yoga mat. Its suggested that everyone bring a blanket and pillow for added comfort.
PLEASE COME A FEW MINUTES EARLY TO SIGN IN AND GET SETTLED. We start at 7 with brief introductions, DOORS ARE LOCKED AT 7:05 when meditation begins. No exceptions, we cannot interrupt meditation once it starts.
